The Rev. Dr. Jim Caron graduated from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in 1999 with a preaching degree (D.Min.) obtained under the ministry of Dr. Haddon Robinson. Dr. Caron's gifts are preaching, and encouraging, and is a personal friend to all who meet him. He graduated from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. with an M.A.R. degree and M. Div. (1980-1983). Dr, Caron obtained two degrees prior to this from the Univ. of Maine. Dr Caron presently pastors the Faith Bible Church since 1984 (21 years of ministry in the same church.) Cheryl, his wonderful wife of 27 years, is a graduate of the University of Maine, and she presently teaches math in Bristol, Ct. and is the mother of six children. |

From 84 - Take Exit 33 (Route 72) Take Exit 1 (177 - North Washington); At the Bottom of Ramp - Take a Right; Travel 1 mile to next Light; Take a left at light - then a quick right into the church parking lot. |
Faith Bible Church is a Contemporary Evangelical Church. - It is not a Catholic Church - It is not a Protestant Church - It is a Christian Church -Born Again & Spirit Moving! 1. The Bible as the infallible, inerrant, inspired is the Word of God sufficient for life and practice of the Christian life. It is our only authority binding us to obedience. The Bible is God speaking to us today as His Only revelation of Himself and His will for our lives. 2. God is revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit: The Holy Trinity. 3. Jesus Christ, as God, is the only way to Salvation and the forgiveness of sins. Only through Jesus Christ, by faith and repentance, must a person be born again of the Spirit. 4. Salvation is a free gift of God's grace. Human efforts fails to satisfy the payment for our sins. Grace and grace alone saves us. 5. The Church, as the elect of God, must bear witness to the works of God in the world. The ministry of the church seeks to reach the lost and ecourage and build the believer for service to the Lord. 6. The Resurrection of the believer is our hope when Jesus returns again to receive us at the great trumpet call. 7. Faith Bible Church subscribes to th National Association of Evangelical's Statement of Faith. |
Pastor Jim and a few others of the church went to Honduras to help rebuild homes when Hurricane Mitch struck in 1998. Pastor Jim gave his testimony and shared the love of Christ by speaking on John 3:16. |
